Dashboard and supplier

Own initiative to highlight how core functionality can be improved and seen from a different perspective

As a part of a 'hackathon' that was held to encourage employees to think outside of the box and come up with innovative and new ideas, I took the opportunity to create a conceptual design to explore the supplier experience in the Benify platform. I discovered areas in the platform with issues in the user experience that I wanted to improve while trying to highlight the issues to the organisation to impact change.

DASHBOARD

The modular dashboard design was created to give users a personalised and customised user experience. Data collected during previous research such as surveys and interviews was analysed together with benchmarking to understand the problem. The most important part for me was to focus on the user needs, based on the insights we already had trying to improve the user experience and give more value to the user. The goal was to give the users a guiding hand to inform them about possibilities and decisions to adapt their platform and improve their offers and experiences.

With this dashboard, administrators could see opportunities and make decisions about what they can do in their platform to improve the experience for their employees. Reminders, statistics and tips are available so that they are in control of content and can handle their offers and information with the help of our data.

SUPPLIERS AND OFFERS

In other projects I have been working on, I have noticed that finding offers, suppliers, and the search functionality within the platform are often mentioned. Therefore, I wanted to include this area in my concept to visualise a new perspective on this user journey.
